My best-est friend in the world is currently going through some marital problems and being her best friend for most of our lives (since pre-school), I really take my time to bring her out whenever I find my schedule free.

It's really sad to see someone so young, and who I truly care about suffer, especially now that she's carrying a baby inside her womb. I know I shouldn't meddle because it's their own business as a married couple, and all I can really do is make a great deal of effort to cheer up my friend. My boyfriend and I took her to dinner and for a quick stroll around the mall.

Decided to dress down a bit. Until now, my best friend admits she gets conscious having a "fashionista" friend around. I constantly remind her that nothing about me has changed when we are together; except probably for my style. We never grew apart for we've always stayed close at most of the phases in our lives.

For a laid back ensemble, I decided to go for some comfy pants, sheer top and Keds sneakers. To add an edgy touch, I wore a vest and carried with me my Closet Chic zebra sling bag. I was in the mood for something quirky that day so I put on this Built To Wear lego necklace given by the really sweet and thoughtful Kat Austria as a Christmas present last year. Also added a yellow translucent spike bangles and DIY lego ring.

Definitely comfy with an edgy touch and quirky accents!
