Photography at a whole new level

Cinemagraphs - not quite film but more than just photos.

When I stumbled upon Jamie Beck's works on impactlab.net, I was just stunned with her work. Jamie Beck is a New York based fashion photographer who collaborated with Kevin Burg, a master animator and both of them produced some amazing Gif photographs.

Technically animation photography, Beck would take photographs while Burg edits the stills by applying motion graphics via manual editing. The result? See for your self. Awesomeness. (I just really, really need to share!)

  11. This process is kind of similar to the techniques of two animators I posted about before: http://www.skysenshi.com/2010/12/when-animator-is-passionate-enough.html

Painting nga lang yung medium of choice. Ang galing no? Nakakatuwa. Yung dito sa post mo sort of reminds me of the animation in Hidden Object Games. :D
